Made from a generations-old mash recipe with at least 51% corn, the bourbon is aged in heavily charred American oak casks with a #4 alligator char, which contributes rich notes of vanilla, crème brûlée, and toffee balanced with oak, baking spices, cinnamon, and licorice.
