K Vintners Art Den Hoed Viognier is a 100% Viognier white wine from the Yakima Valley appellation in Washington State, produced by renowned winemaker Charles Smith under the K Vintners label.

The fruit is sourced entirely from the Art Den Hoed Vineyard, a cool-climate site at 1,300 feet elevation in the lower Yakima Valley, featuring 25-year-old vines planted in limestone and broken basalt river rock. The 2023 vintage was whole cluster pressed in stainless steel tanks using native yeast, then aged for four months on lees in 100% neutral French oak demi-muids. The wine is dry with no residual sugar and carries 14.5% alcohol.

The wine opens with aromas of ripe peach, fresh apricot, honeysuckle, tangerine, crushed slate, and floral notes of wisteria and white rose. On the palate it is medium to full-bodied with a lush, oily texture balanced by bright acidity and finishing with lingering citrus and mineral notes. The 2023 vintage earned 94 points from Jeb Dunnuck and 92 points from James Suckling.
