Drylands Sauvignon Blanc is a crisp, dry white wine sourced from the Marlborough region of New Zealand, one of the world's most celebrated terroirs for this varietal. Founded in 1980, Drylands has cultivated a legacy spanning over four decades, growing some of Marlborough's original Sauvignon Blanc vines across sun-scorched landscapes in areas including the Wairau Valley and Awatere Valley.

The wine presents a pale lemon-lime color with vibrant aromas of passionfruit, citrus, and mango framed by an oyster shell minerality. On the palate, it delivers concentrated citrus flavors with juicy acidity and a lingering tropical finish. Fermented using yeasts that elevate thiol expression, further amplifying the wine's tropical fruit and citrus character. Approximately 12.5% ABV.
