Michael David Winery's Inkblot Cabernet Franc is a low-production reserve red wine from Lodi, California, crafted by the acclaimed family-owned Michael David Winery. Sold in a 6-bottle case of 750ml bottles, this wine represents the winery's premium Inkblot line, which focuses on lesser-known but exceptional grape varietals.

Grapes are sourced from a 9-acre vineyard on the west side of Lodi, within close proximity to the winery. The wine is a blend of Cabernet Franc with a touch of Petite Sirah, aged for 18 months in French oak. It presents complex aromas of freshly crushed blackberry, plum, pepper, and tobacco, with black cherry on the mid-palate and a touch of graphite on the finish. The tannins are velvet smooth, dense and rich, with the wine filling every corner of the palate with its decadence. Alcohol content is 14.9%. Approximately 2,500 cases are produced per vintage.
