Evening Land Vineyards Seven Springs Chardonnay is an estate-grown white wine from the renowned Seven Springs Vineyard in the Eola-Amity Hills appellation of Oregon's Willamette Valley. The winery has farmed this exceptional single-vineyard site since the early 2000s, with legendary Burgundy winemaker Dominique Lafon serving as consulting winemaker beginning in 2007, bringing world-class Chardonnay expertise to the Pacific Northwest.

The Seven Springs Vineyard, originally planted by the MacDonald family beginning in 1980, features clay-rich soils and a warm, dry summer climate that produces wines of remarkable depth and precision. The Chardonnay vines — converted from Pinot Noir rows in 1999-2001 — yield small quantities of intensely concentrated fruit. Evening Land's philosophy is one of minimal intervention: nothing added, nothing taken away, allowing the vineyard's terroir to speak clearly in every bottle.

This 750ml bottle represents Evening Land's estate-level Chardonnay expression, distinct from their more limited La Source and Summum cuvées. It pairs beautifully with roasted poultry, seafood, and rich cream-based dishes.
