Redbreast 15 Year Old is a premium Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey distilled at the Midleton Distillery in County Cork, Ireland. Made exclusively from pot still whiskeys matured for no less than 15 years in a careful balance of first-fill and refill oak casks, it is bottled at 46% ABV (92 proof) and is non-chill filtered to preserve its full, complex character. Sold in a 750ml bottle.

The nose is full and rich with a complex, balanced mix of berry fruits and aromatic oils. On the palate it is well-balanced and mellow, combining the succulence of fleshy fruit with spices and toasted wood. The finish is long and sophisticated.

Crafted from a mash of malted and unmalted barley sourced from farms in the Munster region surrounding Midleton Distillery, the whiskey is triple distilled in copper pot stills using soft water drawn from the Dungourney River. The deliberate blend of first-fill and refill casks accentuates spice development within Redbreast's signature full flavor profile, setting the benchmark for depth and balance in the Single Pot Still category.
