These franks are fully cooked and can be prepared several ways: grill over medium heat, browning evenly on both sides (use tongs and avoid piercing the casing to preserve juices), pan fry on medium heat for 6-8 minutes turning frequently, simmer on the stove top after bringing water to a boil and reducing heat, or microwave each frank wrapped in a paper towel for 25-30 seconds. Serve on a grilled buttered bun. After opening, refrigerate and serve within 7 days; unopen packages may be frozen for up to 3 months.
