Château Greysac is a classic Médoc Bordeaux red blend from France, crafted from 65% Merlot, 25% Cabernet Sauvignon, 3% Cabernet Franc, and 3% Petit Verdot. This medium-bodied wine features a deep ruby garnet color with red berry flavors combined with notes of spice, chocolate, and bell pepper. The palate offers polished tannins with a lingering spice finish.
Château Greysac is produced at a historic 18th-century estate in the Médoc appellation. The property was acquired by Jean Guyon in 2012 and holds Cru Bourgeois classification. The wine pairs well with all meats, poultry, wild mushrooms, and strong cheeses. The 2018 vintage won Gold at the Sakura Awards and the 2019 vintage received Gold at ELLE à Table.
