Gilgal Merlot is a dry red wine produced by Golan Heights Winery from Merlot grapes grown in the Golan Heights region of Israel. The cool climate, rocky volcanic soil, and high altitude of the Golan Heights provide ideal conditions for cultivating this classic variety.

The wine is aged in French oak barrels for 9 months, which rounds out its berry, floral, and spice characteristics, resulting in an approachable and elegant Merlot. It carries kosher certification under OK supervision and is not Mevushal.
