Aqua Star Pub-Style Battered Cod Fillets are made with all-natural, hand-cut Pacific Cod that is frozen at sea to lock in freshness. Each fillet weighs 2 to 3 ounces and is breaded in an extra crispy, seasoned pub-style batter for a made-from-scratch taste and appearance. The 2.5-pound bag is free of artificial colors, flavors, and preservatives, and has an 18-month shelf life when kept frozen.

The fillets can be deep fried at 350°F for 3.5 to 5 minutes, or baked in a convection oven at 375°F for 14 to 16 minutes until crisp. Although great care has been taken to remove all bones, some may remain.
