Ancient Peaks Winery Oyster Ridge is a Bordeaux-style red blend sourced from Santa Margarita Ranch in Paso Robles, California. The wine opens with a captivating nose of plum, boysenberry, leather, cocoa powder, and toasted oak. On the palate, the mouthfeel is dense, layered, and seamless, delivering flavors of black cherry, cassis, blueberry, and pomegranate with trailing notes of cola, caramel, and earthen soil.
