Robert Keenan Winery's Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon is a limited-production red wine sourced entirely from the Keenan Estate on Spring Mountain District in Napa Valley, California. Available in 6- or 12-bottle cases of 750ml, this wine represents the pinnacle of the Keenan portfolio, first produced in 2001 as a showcase of the estate's finest Cabernet Sauvignon fruit.

The Reserve Cab is crafted from a selection of Cabernet Sauvignon clones grown at high elevation on Spring Mountain, lending the wine a distinctly more structured, mineral, and herb-inflected character compared to valley-floor Napa Cabernets. The wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks and aged in a combination of French and American oak barrels. Deep aromatics, piercing and precise, a full rich saturated mouth feel, and a long-lasting multi-layered finish define this exemplary blend. Typical tasting notes include cassis, dried herbs, violet, wild flowers, graphite, cedar, and mocha. The wine is dry, with approximately 14.5% alcohol, and is built for aging — enjoyable on release but capable of evolving for decades in the cellar.
