Quady North Pistoleta is the winery's signature Rhône-style white blend from Oregon's Rogue Valley, crafted from Viognier, Marsanne, Roussanne, and Grenache Blanc. The wine is produced by Quady North, a small-lot winery based in Jacksonville, Oregon, specializing in single-vineyard wines from select sites in the Rogue and Applegate Valleys. The winery practices sustainable farming with intentional, low-intervention winemaking.

Aromas of stone fruit — apricot and nectarine — predominate, complemented by notes of honey and citrus. The palate runs the edge of crispness and unctuousness with a lip-smacking quality and a textured, medium-to-full body. The 2022 vintage earned 92 points and "Editor's Choice" recognition from Wine Enthusiast, and earlier vintages have received similar critical acclaim in the 91–93 point range from Wine Enthusiast and Wine & Spirits. The wine pairs well with rich seafood, dishes finished with cream or butter sauces, and a variety of spiced preparations.
