Domaine Bousquet Reserve Organic Cabernet Sauvignon is a premium Argentine red wine blending the know-how of French winemaking with the exceptional climate and terroir of the Uco Valley in Mendoza, Argentina. The estate vineyards are situated at the foothills of the Andes at 1,200 meters above sea level in Tupungato, Alto Gualtallary, where dramatic temperature swings between day and night contribute to fully ripened grapes with naturally excellent acidity.

The wine is a blend of 85% Cabernet Sauvignon and 15% Malbec, hand-picked from certified organic estate vineyards. After harvest, the wine is aged 6 to 8 months in contact with French oak, imparting subtle structure and complexity. With just 1.8 g/L of residual sugar and 14.5% alcohol by volume, it is fully certified organic and vegan friendly.

On the nose, the wine opens with pleasant aromas of dark fruit, baking spice, graphite, and hints of cola and licorice. On the palate, it is elegant and modern in style with flavors of red currant, blackberry, plum, and cassis, supported by silky tannins and bright acidity. The finish is dry, long, and refreshing. Pairs beautifully with pasta dishes, red meats, and meat sauces.
