Children's Dimetapp Cold Relief Day + Night Combo Pack provides round-the-clock relief from common cold symptoms for children ages 6 and older. The pack includes two 4 oz bottles of Cold & Cough for daytime use and one 4 oz bottle of Nighttime Cold & Cough to help your child rest comfortably overnight.

The daytime Cold & Cough formula contains Brompheniramine maleate 2 mg (antihistamine) and Dextromethorphan HBr 10 mg (cough suppressant) per 10 mL dose. It temporarily relieves runny nose, sneezing, itchy and watery eyes, and cough associated with the common cold, hay fever, or other upper respiratory allergies.

The Nighttime Cold & Cough formula contains Diphenhydramine HCl 12.5 mg, which functions as both an antihistamine and cough suppressant. It relieves cold symptoms while also alleviating the impulse to cough to help your child sleep. Both formulas are alcohol-free with a sweet grape flavor. Do not administer both formulas at the same time; wait at least 4 hours between doses. Children ages 6 to 11: 10 mL every 4 hours, not to exceed 6 doses in 24 hours. Children 12 and older and adults: 20 mL every 4 hours, not to exceed 6 doses in 24 hours. Not for use in children under 6 years of age.
