Domaine Carneros Brut is the flagship sparkling wine from Domaine Carneros, a celebrated California winery established in partnership with the prestigious Champagne house Taittinger, situated in the cool-climate Carneros AVA at the southern boundary of Napa Valley and Sonoma County.

Produced using exacting méthode traditionnelle techniques, this Brut is a blend of estate-grown Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, aged a minimum of three years sur lie in the cellar. This extended aging develops toasty complexity, fine pinpoint bubbles, and the wine's characteristic roundness and depth. On the nose, the wine offers an elegant bouquet of white flowers, pear, golden apple, honeycomb, and brioche. The palate is creamy and full, with flavors of stone fruit, ginger, lemon crisp, and fresh pear, leading to a vibrant, structured finish.

Ranked #33 on Wine Spectator's 2023 Top 100 list, this wine is an excellent companion to shellfish, oysters, goat cheese, popcorn, roast chicken with herbs, and shrimp dishes. Alcohol by volume is approximately 12%.
