Burgess Cellars Cabernet Sauvignon is a premium Napa Valley red wine from a family-owned heritage producer established in 1972, preserving a vineyard legacy that began on Howell Mountain in the 19th century. This dense and concentrated Cabernet features aromas and flavors of confectionary blackberry and stewed cassis, brought into balance by high-tone herbal aromatics of mint, sage, and sweet tobacco.

The wine showcases ripe, radiant, and seductive characteristics with sweet floral notes that develop in the glass, adding lift. The distinctively thick-skinned Cabernet grapes provide a long velvety finish. Made with minimal intervention through regenerative, minimalist farming practices, the wine offers textural voluptuousness in a silky, mid-weight style.

Burgess sources grapes from their farms at Sorenson, Quartz Creek, and St. Andrews vineyards, where their principles of sustainable farming meet action.
