The Tapiz Alta Collection Malbec is a 100% Malbec sourced from the San Pablo Estate, a single sustainably-farmed vineyard in the Uco Valley of Mendoza, Argentina. Situated at 4,430 feet (1,350 meters) above sea level, the vineyard benefits from cold nights, over 250 sunny days per year, and alluvial soils fed by Andean snowmelt, producing fruit with exceptional concentration, deep color, and complex aromatics.

This wine was crafted by winemakers Fabian Valenzuela and world-renowned Jean-Claude Berrouet — best known for his legendary work at Chateau Petrus in Bordeaux — who together balance the wine's intense fruit character with careful oak aging. The result has earned 94 points from James Suckling, who described it as having "impressive concentration and depth" with "a sense of freshness and richness that sets it apart."

The wine shows a deep garnet color with violet tints. On the nose and palate, expect aromas and flavors of blueberries, cassis, blackberries, and red plums, interlaced with notes of violet and gentle spice. The finish is suave, long, and gently warming.
