Grgich Hills Estate Cabernet Sauvignon is a premium Napa Valley red wine crafted from certified organic estate vineyards in Yountville, Rutherford, and Calistoga. This wine showcases the hallmark complexity and depth of Napa Valley Cabernet with seductive aromas of black fruits including blackberries, black currant, and black cherry, accented by exotic notes of cardamom and nutmeg. On the palate, the wine reveals layers of red berries, blackberries, hints of blood orange and dried cranberries, bolstered by bright acidity and vibrant tannins that provide structure and complexity leading to a long, flavorful finish.

The wine is crafted using regenerative agriculture principles with indigenous yeast fermentation and 4 weeks of skin contact, then aged 20 months in 100% French oak barrels. The blend consists of 81% Cabernet Sauvignon, 11% Merlot, 5% Petit Verdot, and 3% Cabernet Franc. With 14.2% alcohol by volume and balanced acidity, this wine delivers outstanding quality and great concentration. Each case contains 12 bottles of 750mL.
