Clos du Val Cabernet Sauvignon Napa Valley is a classic red wine from one of Napa Valley's most storied estates. Founded in 1972 in the renowned Stags Leap District, Clos du Val gained international recognition at the famous 1976 Judgment of Paris, where it was praised alongside the world's finest Bordeaux wines. The winery remains family-owned today and farms estate vineyards in both the Stags Leap District and Yountville appellations.

This Cabernet Sauvignon is a Bordeaux-style blend composed of 77% Cabernet Sauvignon, 12% Merlot, 5% Malbec, 4% Cabernet Franc, and 2% Petit Verdot. The wine offers aromas of black and red cherries, violets, vanilla, red currants, and sweet tobacco. On the palate it is medium to full-bodied, silky, and fresh, with streamlined, classic Napa structure, open-grained tannins, and a long, creamy finish. It is ready to drink upon release and has the structure to age well for a decade or more.

The 2022 vintage received 90 points from Wine Advocate and 96 points from The Tasting Panel, cementing its reputation as one of the more approachable and realistically priced Napa Cabernets available. Sold in cases of 6 x 750ML bottles.
