Mount Brave Cabernet Sauvignon is a single-estate wine from the acclaimed Mt. Veeder appellation in Napa Valley, crafted by renowned winemaker Chris Carpenter. The vineyard sits high atop Mt. Veeder at elevations ranging from 1,400 to 1,800 feet above the fog line, where thin, rocky soils and a cool mountain climate combine to produce Napa Valley's longest growing season and lowest yields—conditions that result in peak ripeness and exceptional varietal complexity.

The wine delivers aromas of seamless blue and black fruits with secondary notes of dark chocolate and licorice. On the palate, full-bodied richness and ample yet velvety tannins are complemented by pure cassis and currant-like fruits, gorgeous mid-palate depth, and nuances of tobacco, graphite, dried sage, bay leaf, and cedary oak. Power and opulence are held in harmony with a finessed texture, leading to a long, balanced finish. Decanting for approximately three hours is recommended to fully open the wine.
