Hendrick's Gin is a distinctive Scottish gin produced by William Grant & Sons at the Girvan distillery since 1999. This small-batch gin is crafted using a unique dual distillation method that combines two historic stills: a traditional copper pot still (Bennett still, built in 1860) and a rare Carter-Head still (constructed in 1948). The gin features 11 botanicals including juniper, coriander, elderflower, chamomile, orange, lemon peel, yarrow, angelica, cubeb pepper, and orris root, with the signature addition of Bulgarian rose petal essence and cucumber essence.

The flavor profile is smooth and well-balanced, starting with a traditional juniper backbone complemented by the crisp freshness of cucumber and delicate floral sweetness of rose. Subtle citrus and earthy spices add depth and complexity. The aroma is bright and fresh with distinct juniper, refreshing cucumber, and unique floral notes balanced by subtle citrus and herbal undertones. The finish is clean and refreshing with lingering floral and herbal notes, leaving a subtle hint of rose and cucumber.

Bottled at 44% alcohol by volume in Hendrick's iconic dark brown apothecary-style bottle. Best served with tonic water over ice, garnished with cucumber instead of the traditional citrus. Also excellent in classic cocktails like a Martini, Negroni, or Gin Fizz.
