Domaine Lafage Miraflors Rosé is the flagship rosé from the renowned Lafage family estate in the Roussillon region of southern France. This IGP Côtes Catalanes wine is crafted from a blend of Grenache Gris, Grenache Noir, and Mourvèdre grapes sourced from approximately 25-year-old vines grown in stony, pebbly soils near the Mediterranean coast.

The wine displays a pale rosé color with an iodine, spicy, and mineral nose. On the palate, it offers ample minerality with a medium-bodied, racy profile. Tasting notes include fragrant aromas of strawberries, roses, peaches, sea shells, lemons, and sweet basil. Harvested at the beginning of September, the juices are gently pressed and processed in a reductive manner to enhance fruit flavor, then matured on the lees before bottling.

This versatile rosé pairs beautifully with shrimp, sushi, grilled foods, vegetables, and tapas, making it an ideal summer aperitif or mealtime companion. The 2022 vintage received a Silver medal and multiple 90-point scores from wine critics.
