Chateau Roubine Cru Classé Rosé is a distinguished Provençal rosé wine produced at an 82-hectare estate near Lorgues in the heart of the Côtes de Provence. The estate is among the oldest wine properties in France, and in 1953, the French Ministry of Agriculture awarded it the prestigious "Cru Classé" designation in recognition of its exceptional quality and terroir.
This elegant rosé is crafted from a blend of traditional Provençal grape varieties including Tibouren, Cinsault, Cabernet Sauvignon, Carignan, and Mourvèdre. Grapes are harvested at night to preserve natural acidity and freshness, then fermented and matured in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to maintain the wine's delicate aromatic character.
The wine pours a bright, pale salmon pink color and offers captivating aromas of spring flowers, ripe red currants, and stone fruits. On the palate it is light-bodied, vibrant, and refined, with a crisp, balanced finish. An ideal companion for Mediterranean cuisine, grilled seafood, charcuterie, and fresh summer salads.
