Matetic EQ Coastal Sauvignon Blanc is a premium Chilean white wine from the Casablanca Valley D.O., produced by Matetic Vineyards. The grapes are grown organically and biodynamically on the gentle slopes of "Valle Hermoso," located just 13 km from the Pacific Ocean, where cool coastal conditions yield intensely aromatic and fresh wines.

This Sauvignon Blanc is pale yellow in color with delicate green hues. The complex nose is dominated by citrus and tropical aromas — mango, papaya, and grapefruit peel — accented by light herbal notes and the crisp character typical of cool-climate coastal growing regions. On the palate, the wine is fresh and vivid, with concentrated fruit, a salty mineral dimension, and a lingering finish.

Fermentation is carried out using a blend of techniques: approximately one-third in old oak barrels, one-third in 700-liter concrete eggs, and one-third in stainless steel tanks. This layered approach adds texture and complexity while preserving the variety's natural brightness.

It pairs beautifully with raw fish dishes such as ceviche, tuna tiradito, carpaccio, and sushi, as well as oysters, scallops, salads, and goat or blue cheese. Serve chilled at 50–54°F (10–12°C). Each case contains 12 bottles of 750ml.
