Pendleton Canadian Whisky is an oak barrel-aged whisky distilled in Canada using the finest ingredients. Before bottling, glacier-fed spring water from Mt. Hood, Oregon's highest peak, is added to deliver an uncommonly smooth taste and rich, complex flavor. This whisky was created to celebrate the bold spirit of independence and hard-work ethic of the American cowboy and cowgirl.

The whisky presents aromas of vanilla, honey, butterscotch, and custard with a hint of freshly grated cinnamon bark. On the palate, warm fall fruits and honey are balanced with a hint of spice, leading to a medium-balanced and smooth finish. Each bottle prominently features the Pendleton Round-Up rodeo's famous bucking horse symbol and Let'er Buck slogan, honoring the rich tradition of one of the West's most prestigious rodeos founded in 1910.

Pendleton Whisky Original has earned multiple awards including Gold at the 2024 ASCOT Awards, Gold/90 points at the 2024 Beverage Testing Institute North American Whiskey competition, and Gold at the 2024 NY International Spirits Competition. It serves as the Official Spirit of the ProRodeo Cowboy Association (PRCA) and the Official Whisky of the Professional Bull Riding (PBR) Velocity Tour. The whisky can be enjoyed neat, on the rocks, or in cocktails, with an alcohol content of 40% ABV (80 proof). Available in multiple sizes from 50ml to 1.75L.
