The wine is a multi-county blend drawing on grapes from three distinct California AVAs. Carneros (Napa County) contributes cool-climate brightness and earthy red fruit, while San Luis Obispo County vineyards just miles from the Pacific Ocean deliver freshness and vibrancy. Santa Barbara County rounds out the blend with sandy soils and extended hang time that generate intense aromatics and bright acidity. Grapes are harvested at night to preserve stable sugar levels and acidity, then fermented in individual county lots before blending to showcase each terroir's best characteristics.

Expect aromas of macerated cherries, raspberries, vanilla, and white pepper with layered notes of dark oolong tea, cranberries, and subtle earth tones.
