Launched with the 1990 vintage in 1993 and inspired by the prestigious Bin 707, this wine was developed in response to the increasing availability of high-quality Cabernet Sauvignon fruit across South Australia's premier wine regions including McLaren Vale, Barossa Valley, Coonawarra, Padthaway, and Wrattonbully.

The wine presents a strong statement of Cabernet character with aromas of violets, blueberries, blackcurrants, fresh leaves, and herbs.
