Siduri Pinot Noir Santa Rita Hills is a refined California red wine from the acclaimed Sta. Rita Hills appellation, situated between Lompoc and Buellton in Santa Barbara County. The region's cool, wind-swept climate produces smaller grape clusters with a higher skin-to-juice ratio, yielding Pinot Noir with darker color, rich fruit concentration, natural acidity, and a distinctive mineral character.
Crafted by Siduri, a producer celebrated for its expansive collection of single-vineyard and regional Pinot Noir expressions from California and Oregon, this wine delivers aromas of mulberry, raspberry, cherry, and allspice with subtle earthy and savory undertones. On the palate, it offers fresh acidity, red licorice, and tea notes that carry through to the finish. Wine Spectator praised the wine as "ripe but restrained and focused," highlighting its mulberry and raspberry puree notes with subtle savory freshness. It retails around $35โ$40 per bottle and has earned scores in the low-to-mid 90s from major critics.
