Domaine Bouchié-Chatellier Pouilly-Fumé is a white wine from the renowned Pouilly-Fumé appellation in the Loire Valley, France. Made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc (locally called Blanc Fumé), this wine is produced by a family estate with four generations of winemaking heritage based in Saint-Andelain, overlooking the Loire River.

The estate's 12-hectare vineyard is planted on shelly flint clay soils of the Kimmeridgian period, which impart the classic gunflint minerality that defines Pouilly-Fumé. Vinification includes gravity feeding, progressive pneumatic pressing, static must settling at low temperature, and thermo-regulated fermentation over three weeks, followed by selection on fine lees after homogenization.

The wine features characteristic aromas of white-fleshed fruit, lime, and lemongrass with underlying gunflint notes. On the palate, it offers fresh, fruity structure with crisp acidity, crushed apple and lime flavors, and a long finish. Yellow fruit aromas develop as the wine ages, with an aging potential of 3 to 5 years.
