St. George Botanivore Gin is a bright, elegant California craft gin distilled in Alameda since 1982. This 45% ABV spirit is comprised of 19 different botanicals working in symphony to create a lush, herbaceous gin. The botanicals include juniper berries, angelica root, California bay laurel, bergamot peel, Malabar black pepper, caraway, cardamom, cilantro, Saigon cinnamon, citra hops, coriander seed, dill seed, fennel seed, ginger, lemon, lime, orris root, Seville orange, and star anise.

The distillation process vapor-infuses juniper, California bay laurel, and cilantro in a botanicals basket, while the other 16 ingredients steep overnight in a 1,500-liter copper pot still before being gently steam-heated to coax out their flavors and aromas. The result is fresh and elegantly herbaceous with bright citrus, subtle floral notes, earth, and spice.
