Joel Gott 815 Cabernet Sauvignon is a 100% Cabernet Sauvignon sourced from select vineyards across California, available here in a generous 3-liter format. Fruit is drawn from Napa Valley, Sonoma County, Lake County, Mendocino, Lodi, and the Central Coast, with each region contributing distinct character to the final blend. The wine is aged for 16 months in 35% new American oak before blending.

The 2022 vintage offers aromas of black cherries and toasted graham cracker with notes of sweet cedar. On the palate it opens with ripe fruit flavors, followed by velvety tannins and a long, textured finish with hints of nutmeg.
