The Allstate 1 Year Whole Home Consumer Electronics Protection Plan provides comprehensive coverage for all eligible electronics in your home with no limit on the number of items or claims you can file during the plan term. Once purchased, the plan automatically covers eligible electronics you already own plus any new electronics you buy while the plan is active, regardless of where or when they were purchased.

The plan covers mechanical and electrical failures during normal use, including power surges. Select portable items such as laptops, tablets, headphones, smartwatches, gaming consoles, VR headsets, and e-readers are also covered for accidental damage like drops and spills. Larger electronics including TVs, desktops, printers, smart home devices, and home theater systems are covered for mechanical and electrical failures.

A $99 deductible applies to all claims. The plan has a $2,000 per claim limit and a $5,000 aggregate limit for all claims during the plan term. Cellphones, smartphones, and appliances do not qualify for coverage. No product registration or proof of purchase is required for items to be covered. Claims can be filed online 24/7 or by phone, with many claims approved instantly. Repairs include prepaid shipping for smaller items, while in-home service is provided for larger products like TVs.
