Mirassou Pinot Noir is a California red wine from one of America's most historic wineries — Mirassou was the first winemaker to bring Pinot Noir to the United States, and their expression of the varietal has become a perennial favorite.

The wine opens with notes of ripe red and black cherry, with lush layers of fresh raspberry, strawberry jam, and pomegranate balanced by hints of oak and vanilla. Light-bodied and bright, it finishes smooth and approachable. Alcohol content is 13.9%.

Grapes are sourced from the cooler growing regions of the Lodi Delta and Sonoma County, chosen for their texture and complexity. After harvesting, grapes are cold soaked for 24 hours to improve color extraction and aromatics, then drained and pressed before the completion of fermentation. Malolactic fermentation creates a supple, smooth mouthfeel.

Pairs well with salmon, poultry, red meats, and pasta. Sold in a case of 12 x 750 ML bottles.
