Don Julio Añejo is a premium aged tequila crafted from 100% Blue Weber Agave grown in the highlands of Jalisco, Mexico. This exceptional añejo tequila is barrel aged in smaller batches for eighteen months in American white oak barrels, creating a rich and distinctive spirit that strikes the perfect balance between agave, wood, and hints of vanilla.

The tasting profile features a fresh blend of lime, grapefruit, and mandarin citrus aromas with a rich touch of caramel on the nose. The palate is full-bodied and complex with expressions of cooked agave, wild honey, and oak-infused butterscotch. The finish is bright and lightly spiced with the essence of wild honey. Made using traditional production methods, the agave cores are cut into smaller chunks and roasted in brick ovens for several days, then crushed to release the sugary juice which is fermented and double distilled.
