The Juniper Blue Star #3 is a Juniperus squamata 'Blue Star' ornamental evergreen shrub sold in a #3 (3-gallon) grower's container. It features dense, awl-shaped, silvery-blue foliage arranged in a striking star-like radial pattern around its branches, providing year-round color and texture in the landscape. The plant grows in a low, mounding hemispherical habit and is considered slow-growing, typically reaching 2–3 feet in height and up to 4 feet in width at maturity.

Hardy in USDA Zones 3–9, this juniper thrives in full sun to part shade and tolerates a wide variety of soils including poor, dry, and sandy conditions. Once established, it is highly drought tolerant and deer resistant, making it a low-maintenance choice for home gardens.
