Paolo Scavino Bric dël Fiasc is a prestigious single-vineyard Barolo DOCG crafted from 100% Nebbiolo grapes grown in the historic Fiasco vineyard in Castiglione Falletto, Piedmont, Italy. The vineyard has been in the Scavino family since 1921, with the first single-vineyard Barolo bottling produced in 1978 by Enrico Scavino. The vines sit at 260 meters above sea level with a southwest orientation on complex Tortonian and Helvetian soils of whitish-gray limestone and yellow-gray sandstone.

The wine undergoes 10 months of aging in small French oak barrels, followed by 14 months in large Fuder oak barrels, then finishes with a year in stainless steel and 10 months of bottle aging. It displays aromas of rose petals, dried herbs, spice, and woodland berries, with flavors of cherry, raspberry, licorice, mocha, and mineral tones supported by firm, fine tannins and a strong structural backbone. This is a highly regarded, age-worthy Barolo from one of the most respected producers in the region.
