Bayou Silver Rum is a premium, handcrafted Louisiana rum craft distilled from locally grown sugarcane in Lacassine, Louisiana. This crystal-clear white rum is made using traditional copper pot still distillation with 10% natural Louisiana cane sugar and molasses, then proofed with triple-filtered fresh local water to deliver the cleanest and purest taste. The rum rests for up to 40 days to allow the crisp, clean flavors to mellow and combine, with the pot still adding a delicate complexity rare in white rums.

The nose features light notes of vanilla, banana, and green apple. On the palate, you'll experience creamy sweet notes of vanilla bean and a slight hint of honeysuckle nectar with light complexity from the pot still. The finish is a little creamy, leaving a sweet taste of pot still rum flavor.
