Château Fuissé's Tête de Cru is a white Burgundy from the Pouilly-Fuissé appellation in the Mâconnais region of France, crafted from 100% Chardonnay grapes. This wine is a blend of fruit sourced from over 20 prime vineyard sites throughout the appellation, including select Premier Cru parcels such as Combettes. The wine is aged 60% in oak barrels and the remainder in tank, typically bottled at the end of the year following harvest.

On the nose, the wine shows floral notes with pear, apple, orange blossom, and citrus fruit aromas with a mint-tinged freshness. The palate is well-balanced with a rich, slightly oily texture, mineral character, and ripe stone fruit flavors, finishing with hints of toast, nut butter, stem ginger, and lemongrass. This is a versatile food wine that pairs well with fish, chicken, pork, charcuterie, cheese, barbecue, pasta, and appetizers.
