San Simeon Cabernet Sauvignon is a premium wine from the renowned Paso Robles appellation in California. This artisan wine is crafted from 95% Cabernet Sauvignon and 5% Petit Verdot grapes sourced from the Stefano, Maddalena, and Pretty Penny estate vineyards in the El Pomar district. The wine is hand-crafted in small lots and aged for 18 months in 78% new French and American oak barrels and 22% neutral barrels.

The palate delivers big, rich flavors of ripe plum, wild berry, blackberry, cocoa, and cedar, wrapped in layers of spice, chocolate, and vanilla.
