Gran Passione Rosso is an Italian red blend from the Veneto IGT region of northern Italy, crafted using the traditional "appassimento" technique. This ancient method, reminiscent of the process used for Amarone wines, involves carefully drying and shriveling the harvested grapes before crushing, allowing their sugars, flavors, and aromas to concentrate and intensify.

The wine presents a rich, robust, and aromatic profile with notes of dark cherries and plums interwoven with hints of oak spice and subtle chocolate undertones. On the palate it delivers a velvety texture that leads to a long, lingering finish. Approximately 14% ABV.
