Black Stallion Estate Winery's Los Carneros Pinot Noir is a Limited Release red wine sourced from the Los Carneros appellation, a cool-climate wine-growing region straddling the southern ends of Napa Valley and Sonoma County in California. The maritime influence of nearby San Pablo Bay moderates temperatures, creating ideal conditions for Pinot Noir to develop complexity and elegance.

This wine presents aromas of red plum, baking spice, and almond blossom on the nose. On the palate, bright cherry, cranberry, and red plum flavors intermingle with medium acidity and a smooth, medium-bodied tannin finish. The wine carries approximately 14.5% alcohol by volume. Sold as a case of 12 bottles, each 750ml.

This Pinot Noir pairs beautifully with glazed duck breast, chicken Marsala, salmon, and mild creamy cheeses such as brie and camembert. It can also be enjoyed on its own as a refined everyday red wine.
