Seven Hills Cabernet Sauvignon Columbia Valley is a classic Washington State red wine crafted by Seven Hills Winery, one of the Walla Walla Valley's oldest and most respected producers. Founded by Casey McClellan, a fourth-generation farmer, Seven Hills draws fruit from a selection of complementary vineyards across Columbia Valley to showcase the expressive character of Cabernet Sauvignon in Washington's premier growing regions.

The wine offers aromas of boysenberry, pomegranate, toasted hazelnut, cinnamon, and lilac. On the palate, it delivers flavors of ripe red cherry, raspberry, vanilla cream, coffee, and sarsaparilla, balanced by firm, earthy tannins and a round, opulent mouthfeel. It pairs well with grilled red meats, hearty stews, aged cheeses, and roasted lamb.
