This commercial 30 lb case contains six 5-pound bags of Kirkland Signature 5/16" Extra Crispy French Fries, designed for foodservice and high-volume use. The fries feature a long, narrow cut with visible natural potato skin and a light batter coating engineered to deliver exceptional crunch when prepared by any cooking method.

The proprietary batter uses rice flour, modified food starch, dextrin, and leavening agents to achieve a persistently crispy exterior while keeping the interior soft and naturally flavored. These fries hold their crunch as they cool, making them well-suited for busy commercial kitchens. They can be prepared in a conventional oven at 425°F for 22–32 minutes, an air fryer at 400°F for 14–16 minutes, or a deep fryer at 350°F for approximately 2.5 minutes. The fries are seasoned with a measured amount of salt and contain no artificial flavors or added spices, relying on natural potato flavor and annatto for color.
