Ridge Vineyards Geyserville is a renowned red blend from Alexander Valley, Sonoma County, produced continuously since 1966. This traditional field blend combines zinfandel with complementary varieties including carignane, petite sirah, and mataro (mourvedre), sourced from some of the oldest vines Ridge farms, with the "Old Patch" section containing vines over 130 years old.

The wine is known for its remarkable consistency and elegance, featuring flavors of blackberry, ripe plum, rich cherry, and cedar with exceptional layering. Ridge takes a natural approach to winemaking, using only natural yeast fermentation without chemical treatments, membrane filtration, or sterilization. The grapes are grown in deep gravelly loam mixed with river rocks on the western edge of Alexander Valley, a site that provides ideal ripening conditions with warm days and cool evening breezes.
