Cargill Top-Flo Granulated Salt is a food-grade, white crystalline sodium chloride manufactured through vacuum evaporation of raw, untreated brine under stringent process control procedures. This granulated salt is intended for a variety of food processing applications including baking, cheese manufacturing, meat processing, seasonings, and prepared mixes. It can also be used as a carrier or chemical and bulking agent in household and personal care products.

The product contains Yellow Prussiate of Soda as an anti-caking agent and meets USDA, FDA, and Food Chemicals Codex specifications for food use. It is certified Kosher for Passover by the Orthodox Union and manufactured under HACCP practices with third-party food safety audits. The salt has a minimum purity of 99.7% NaCl with a target of 99.8%, and a bulk density of approximately 81 lb per cubic foot. Each 50 lb bag provides long-lasting value with a 5-year shelf life when stored in dry, covered conditions with humidity below 75%.
