Beaux Frères is a prestigious winery located in Newberg, Oregon, producing limited-release wines from the renowned Willamette Valley. This Chardonnay is sourced from a 2.33-acre plot at Gran Moraine vineyard in the Yamhill-Carlton AVA, featuring northeast exposure on sedimentary rock soils — an ideal terroir for complex, age-worthy Chardonnay.

The wine is crafted using whole-cluster pressing with no sulfur added at pressing, employing a hyper-oxidation technique to reduce bitterness and astringency. After 24 hours of cold settling, the juice transfers to barrel for primary and secondary fermentation, aging 16–18 months in primarily neutral oak. Fermentation can last up to 11 months under reductive conditions to preserve delicate floral aromatics.
