Smead model 12940 top tab fastener file folders are designed for efficient document organization in letter-size filing systems. Each folder features two built-in metal fasteners that securely hold papers in place, allowing you to keep documents in a fixed order while still being able to flip through them easily. The bright yellow color coding makes it simple to categorize files by project, department, or priority at a glance.
The folders are constructed from durable 11 pt. card stock with reinforced 1/3-cut tabs for long-lasting use. Each folder expands up to 3/4 inch to accommodate growing document sets. The fasteners support up to 2 inches of capacity, making them well suited for active case files, HR packets, audit documentation, compliance files, and time-sensitive project folders.
These folders are made in the USA and contain recycled content, including post-consumer material, with SFI Sourcing Certification. The box contains 50 folders.
