This 100% Chardonnay is crafted using boutique winemaking techniques, aged in a combination of oak barrels and stainless-steel tanks to achieve a balance of richness and fresh acidity.

The wine opens with aromas of grilled pineapple, citrus blossom, tangerine, and papaya. On the palate, flavors of white peach, key lime, and honeydew melon are complemented by a touch of barrel spice and river stone minerality. It is certified sustainable by the IWCA (International Wineries for Climate Action), with 13.5% alcohol by volume, a total acidity of 5.8 g/L, and a pH of 3.52.

This Chardonnay pairs beautifully with Dungeness crab, pan-sautéed petrale sole, shellfish, grilled salmon, fresh shrimp tacos, Pad Thai, and aged cheeses like manchego.
