Joseph Drouhin Corton-Charlemagne Grand Cru is a premier white Burgundy wine from France, produced by the renowned Maison Joseph Drouhin. Made entirely from Chardonnay grapes, this Grand Cru wine originates from vineyards situated on the famed hill behind the village of Aloxe-Corton, spanning the communes of Aloxe-Corton, Ladoix-Serrigny, and Pernand-Vergelesses. The vineyard's name honors two emperors — "Corton" traces to the Gallo-Roman Curtis d'Othon, while "Charlemagne" commemorates the legendary Emperor who was said to have owned the estate.

The wine is harvested by hand in open-work crates and slow-pressed in a pneumatic press. Alcoholic fermentation, malolactic fermentation, and aging are all conducted in French oak barrels, with approximately 25–30% new oak, for 18 to 21 months. The result is a wine of intense golden hue with subtle notes of rose, fresh almond, citrus, honey, exotic wood, and spice on the nose. On the palate it is majestic and well-balanced, simultaneously generous and lively, with an intense and complex aftertaste. Optimal drinking window is 8 to 15 years, with an aging potential of up to 20 years. Recommended serving temperature is 14°C (57°F).
